For all the piercing, age limit is 18 years. With guardians permission we make piercing also for minors, but depending on the age and piercing. Usual age limit is 13 years, under that age we don't make any piercing. Exception is earlobe piercing that can be made for 10 years old. 10-13 year old need to have their guardians with them while making piercing.
For surface, micro dermal and genitalpiercing age limit is 18 years without exception!
