We don't obligate our customers to register, but if you do, you get offers and newsletters to your email. Also if you register you get the opportunity to earn some pocket money from every new customer you get to register as our web-shop customer.
Customer register is confedential,and will not be hand over to third party.
Customer register is used to handel and archive orders.
Terms of shipping
Orders will be handled immediately, by the shop opening hours. Notice! Holidays and Sundays will delay handeling time.
Invoice is send by email or priority letter. If you choose priority letter, charge will be 2€, invoice by email is free of charge.
If some product is temporary sold out, we will send notice to customers email.
Goods will be send to customer as soon as transaction shows in our bank account. Goods will be send in cardboard box as priority letter. In all under 10€ purchase shipping cost is 2€ and over 10€ purchase shipping is free of charge if invoice has been send by email. We add 5€ shipping cost to all orders that include goods from Price Guarantee goods. Notice! Remember possible bank delay!

Our Return Policy
Piercing jewelry, earrings and magnetic jewelry don't have any return or change right due to the hygiene cause. Returned jewelry can not be sold again. (Consumer protection law 6:16 § 3 and 4). Due to this customer should choose jewelry gauge, lenght ect. carefully. If you feel unsure, contact your piercing artist or our shop.
Other goods has 14 days change and return right as long as product is unused. Customer has right to explore the product, but not use it. Also keep the product in it's original pakkage.
